BuddhiMed Technologies (www.buddhimed.com ) is an innovative HealthTech start-up that converges AI and Modern Medicine by developing machine learning tools and solutions using very large health data sets. We aim to improve the health and wellness of millions of people by helping their doctors, hospitals, insurers and themselves to make more informed and better decisions about their health and wellness.

BuddhiMed has been launched by two healthcare industry veterans – Dr. Ajay Bakshi & Dr. Rohit Gupta. As a former neurosurgeon, McKinsey consultant and ex-CEO of Max Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals and India Operations of IHH/Parkway, Dr. Bakshi is a well-respected and deeply experienced healthcare leader in India.

Dr. Gupta on the other hand is a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Minnesota where he worked at the Mayo Clinic for his dissertation at the intersection of computer science and modern medicine. He has subsequently worked at Genentech, Strand Genomics and MedGenome in various leadership roles.
