Look at the big picture

Let's start with the first step of the pipeline, which is "Look at the big picture."

In this tutorial, we'll utilize the California census data to predict the median house price (median_house_value) for each block in California, based on factors like population, median income, etc. It appears like this:

So the questions we should ask are - What is the business objective for building a model? Who do we have to deliver it? How are we solving the problem currently? and as many as we can.

Seeing the big picture implies considering how your actions can affect the project's overall success, rather than focusing on minor details.

So we can understand the bigger picture by accomplishing three tasks-

Frame the Problem.
Select a Performance Measure.
Check the assumptions.
