IIPRD is a premier Intellectual Property Consulting and Commercialization/Licensing Firm with a diversified business practice providing services in the domain of Commercialization, Valuation, Licensing, Technology Transfer and Due-Diligence of Intellectual Property Assets along with providing complete IP and Patent Analytics and Litigation Support Services to International Corporates and Global IP Law Firms. IIPRD has been established as an earnest and sincere effort by corporate trained IP practitioners to assist Global Business Houses in strategizing their growth by leveraging their IP Rights through effective Creation, Promotion, Protection, and Commercialization of IP.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

• The core focus of the Candidate would be to develop multiple Softwares for Internal/External/Client use of Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. The softwares would focus on the legal industry and would mainly revolve around: A. Data Mining/Extraction/Retrieval from various sources to Generate Relevant Output. B. Generation of Reports based on analysis of data coming from various Data Sources. C. Generation of Comprehensive Patent Drafting/Preparation Software that uses AI/ML engines for drafting of Patent applications using Neural Networks on multiple Data Sets. D. Development of various Automation Robotic Engines for automating various work flows of the firms. E. Web Development to add multiple features onto the existing and upcoming websites of K&K and IIPRD.

• The candidate should be willing to undertake independent development and therefore should be very matured, focused, and thorough with R&D and Core development of various Softwares. The candidates would be expected to be working in the Gr. Noida of IIPRD/Khurana & Khurana.

• The candidate should be willing to undertake R&D on aspects that he’s not comfortable on so as to obtain the desired solution and help make the firms more efficient and also develop a very robust and client oriented Patent Drafting Software.

• The candidate should be well versed with most of the key programming language platforms, particularly PHP, Node.js, .Net, among others.

Stipend:

The stipend for this role would be around 10-14 LPA depending on the profile/experience of the professional. Candidates expecting more than this range are recommended not to apply.
