We are currently looking for a person who has a passion for data and analytics with the willingness to dig deep into details as well as the ability to assess the big picture in manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. 1. Execute solutions to business problems using data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, statistical modelling, and machine learning techniques
2. Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies
3. Ensure alignment and prioritization with business objectives and initiatives - help business owners make faster, smarter decisions.
4. Encourage development and sharing of internal best practices and foster collaboration with internal and external teams
5. Timely provides feedback to internal teams and leadership on assigned projects

Qualification and Experience

MUST HAVE

1. Graduate / Postgraduate in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent with 5-6 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data analysis / Data intelligence.
2. Should have strong good knowledge of Tableau, SQL, VBA, and MS Excel.
3. Should have strong good knowledge of Python.
4. Candidate should have worked in Finance and Manufacturing domain.
5. Experienced in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships.
6. Be proficient in using database querying tools and able to write complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL and/or Microsoft TSQL
7. Be able to communicate complex quantitative analysis and algorithms in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
8. Developing queries to enable recording, presentation, and automation of new P&L line items into regular MIS reports, which may come up with new business initiatives / internal process re-alignments.
9. Accountable to ensure data integrity in Data Warehouse and Operational Datastore.
10. Should have worked on Tableau Dashboard development in the past.
11. Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Machine learning Algorithm and AI.
12. Should have done 2-3 projects in manufacturing domain.

GOOD TO HAVE

1. Good to have knowledge of Tool like QAD and PLM.
2. Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
3. Setting up internal processes with Analytics team to ensure collection and update of data on dashboard created.
4. From an IT background but having exposure in a Business Analyst/Financial Analyst/Data analyst role in the past.
5. Should be professional and confident enough to work directly on projects with top management.
6. Smart and responsible individual with high integrity, ownership, and a willingness to grow.
7. Basic programming skills for web scraping and experience of working with non- structured data will be a plus
