Data Architect:

We are looking for a Data Architect to build, optimize and maintain conceptual and logical database models. For this role, you should know how to analyse system requirements and implement migration methods for existing data. You will be familiar with predictive analysis and data visualization techniques. Ultimately, you will help us to translate business requirements into technology requirements and define data standards and principles.

Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.
2. Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.
3. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. 
4. Managing end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.
5. Planning and execution of big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop.
6. Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization. 
7. Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
8. Conducting a continuous audit of data management system performance, refine whenever required, and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders.
9. Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information
10. Install and configure information systems to ensure functionality
11. Analyse structural requirements for new software and applications
12. Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions
13. Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
14. Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements
15. Optimize new and current database systems
16. Define security and backup procedures
17. Provide operational support for Management Information Systems (MIS)

Requirements

MUST HAVE

1. Graduate / Postgraduate in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience in the IT Industry.
2. Minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience in Data Architect, Data Scientist Role or Similar role.
3. Should have exposure of Machine learning Algorithm and AI.
4. Should have done 2-3 projects in manufacturing domain.,
5. Should have strong good knowledge of Python, C/C++.
6. Candidate should have worked in Finance and Manufacturing domain.
7. Experienced in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships.
8. Be able to communicate complex quantitative analysis and algorithms in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
9. Accountable to ensure data integrity in Data Warehouse and Operational Datastore.
10. Should have worked on Tableau Dashboard development in the past.
11. Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches and requirements, design, and testing techniques
12. Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration
13. Understanding of predictive modeling, NLP and text analysis, Machine Learning.
14. Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.
15. Data mining, visualization, and Machine Learning skills
16. Knowledge of other programming language Perl.

1. Good to have knowledge of Tool like QAD and PLM.
2. Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
3. Should be professional and confident enough to work directly on projects with top management.
