The first question which we should ask while framing the problem is- What is the business objective and how will the model be used? This determines in what way will the next steps of the pipeline be performed and how much effort we should put into it.
Suppose we want to feed this model’s output as an input to some other model, which takes the output of several models as its input, and predicts whether it is worth investing in that area or not. As this model directly affects revenue, it is very important; hence we should put more effort into it and follow each pipeline step with utmost care.
On the other hand, if we want to build the model only for knowing the area better, we shouldn't put much effort into it.
