For last 15+ years, Sandeep Giri (https://www.linkedin.com/in/girisandeep/) has been building products and churning large amounts of data for various product firms. He has an all-around experience of software development and machine learning.
Apart from digging data and technologies, Sandeep enjoys conducting workshops, answering questions and explaining difficult concepts in simple ways. Prior to founding CloudxLab, he worked at Amazon.com, InMobi.com, and D.E.Shaw. He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Deep learning is a promising approach for extracting accurate information from raw sensor data from IoT devices deployed in complex environments. Because of its multilayer structure, deep learning is also appropriate for the edge computing environment.
Sandeep will provide an introduction to Deep Learning, core technologies, methodologies and approach on how Deep Learning can enable IoT applications.
