Try yourusername@e.cloudxlab.com

The forward slash at the end of the URL copied from web console link was causing issues.After removing it, it is fine.

The contents in the contents shell are not clear.

Yes, in this particular video there is no sound. This is a small hands-on video which can be followed by seeing the steps in the video.
