Mist + Cloudy, Mist + Broken clouds, Mist + Few clouds, Mist
Light Snow, Light Rain + Thunderstorm + Scattered clouds, Light Rain + Scattered clouds
Heavy Rain + Ice Pallets + Thunderstorm + Mist, Snow + Fog

It is an ordered categorical feature.

Do we need to hotencode the weathersit feature?
