We get the following plot as a result-
On observing the plot, we can easily conclude that the house prices are much related to the location and to the population density. We can see that houses inclined to the left side have higher prices. On doing some research, we find out that there is an ocean to the left and it is obvious that houses near the ocean will be costlier.
But it's not a general rule because we can see in the upper left corner, the house prices are low although they too are near the ocean
