Attribute with the most correlation

On referring to both correlation matrix and scatter matrix, we can conclude that the most promising attribute to predict the median_house_value is the median_income. So let's zoom in their correlation scatterplot.

We can conclude the following from the plot:

The correlation is very strong as we can see the upward trend clearly and also points are very less dispersed.

We can also see the price cap we noticed earlier at 500000.

We noticed some other straight lines too which we surely did not expect.

We will try to remove these data quirks so our model doesn't understand them as a pattern.
